Guidelines for submitting proposal
Working language of the conference is English. Any speaker not having fluency in English must preferably speak in their native language only to avoid exceeding time slot. Translator if required, will be arranged.
| Proposals must be single spaced, font size 12, Times New Roman in Word Format | |
| The proposals must not exceed 300 words | |
| Handwritten proposals & proposals that do not follow the instruction will not be considered | |
| Solutions or innovations presented through case studies need to be relevant in the following spaces – manufacturing, operations, product development & quality control | |
| Direct or Indirect advertisement for own organisation, market size & market share of the presenter's organisation / country, competitive products should be avoided. The objective of the proposal should be limited to creating awareness and /or sharing knowledge. |
Selection Criteria
Proposals will be reviewed based on the following criteria:
| Well-defined, realistic outcomes that can be met in the allotted time | |
| Specific & informative content that develops links between research and practice, using real results | |
| Content that is new, practical and complete | |
| Methodology that promotes a learning experience for participants and is appropriate for content | |
| Presenters with extensive knowledge and expertise in the related field | |
| Presenters from more than one institution | |
| Final selection will be based on the focus, relevance of subject, clarity of thought and approach to the subject; speakers expertise and experience in making presentation The host country reserves the right to choose / refuse topic /speaker at its discretion and subject to availability of time slots. |
